Finally! The wait is over. Monday night, in a press conference format, ABC finally announced the names of the celebrities who will be dancing in season 12 of Dancing with the Stars. Here are the celebrities you’ll see when the show premiers on March 21, 2011 on ABC.Sugar Ray Leonard. Ray Charles Leonard (better known as Sugar Ray Leonard) is a retired professional boxer. Leonard is a member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame and is considered by many experts to be one of the best professional boxers of all time, if not the best ever.Chelsea Kane. Chelsea Kane is a Disney Channel actress. You might know her as Chelsea Staub, because in December 2010 she officially changed her last name from Staub to Kane. She has starred in the show Jonas LA and also in some Disney Channel original movies.Romeo. During Season 2 rapper Romeo (the Naruto Episodes n known as Lil’ Romeo) was set to appear in the cast of Dancing with the Stars. He was unable to compete so his father, Master P, stepped in to compete in his place. Besides being a rap singer he is an accomplished basketball player, having won a full athletic scholarship to play for the University of Southern California.Ralph Macchio. Ralph Macchio is an actor, probably best known for his role in the original Karate Kid movies. In recent years Macchio has appeared in several movies, and also in several television shows including Entourage and Ugly Betty.Petra Nemcova. Petra Nemcova is a supermodel who was injured during the devastating 2004 tsunami in Thailand. She held onto the top of a palm tree, reportedly for more than eight hours, waiting for help while suffering from traumatic injuries. Her fianc was killed during the tsunami.
